Full Property Description
Superbly located and finished to a very high standard, this apartment features fantastic sea views from the living room and patio area. The apartment is perfectly located for Fistral Beach, which is only a 2 minute walk away.
With a large living room and well appointed kitchen, 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, en-suite to the master bedroom and patio with wonderful sea views, this apartment is perfect for a seaside getaway.
Three steps gain access to the communal hallway and an entry phone system is provided. There is one allocated parking place. There is also a fenced communal grassed area to the front of the development.
Living
- A large and airy room with large French windows allowing in plenty of light and offering great sea views.
- A modern living area with 1x three seater sofa and 1x matching leather armchair.
- Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with freeview, DVD/video players and music stereo system.
- The French windows offer access to the private patio and grass area.
- Wireless broadband Internet access is available for guests who bring their own laptop.
Kitchen
- Well appointed with dishwasher, washer/tumble dryer and fridge freezer.
- Cooking facilities consist of a gas hob and electric oven and also a microwave
- Additionally there is a food mixer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster and a comprehensive range of cutlery and crockery.
