Rocklands is a unique development situated in the heart of Newquay. It's a beautiful contemporary design that works in sympathy with its surroundings and has luxurious interiors designed to create a unique living experience. It houses thirty-six apartments and two penthouses, all perched on top of a cliff overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay.
Apartment 21 is located on the fourth floor of the west wing of the development, with a balcony off the living area overlooking Tolcarne Beach and out to sea with views across the town from the bedrooms.Click here for further information on Newquay and Newquay holiday apartments.
Please note: There is a £250 security deposit required on all bookings on this property.
Please note: Bookings must be saturday to saturday during all school holidays. Short breaks may be accepted provided they do not overlap the changeover day.
