Full Property Description
Ocean 1 is one of the best addresses in Newquay, perched on the desirable Pentire headland and close to the world famous Fistral Beach.
No 4 is a ground floor apartment with a balcony and has some limited views towards the sea. Internally the spacious and well planned accommodation will make your holiday truly special with high specification fittings, a luxurious kitchen and underfloor heating.
This property operates a Saturday-Saturday changeover from the start of May – end of October. Short breaks cannot be accepted during this period.
This property is excluded from general discounts and special offers.

- Features a 37” LCD TV with integrated Freeview, a DVD/CD player and iPod docking station.
- Furnished with two sofas and a large leather beanbag.
