Pentire Mews is an exciting development of individually designed apartments set around a stunning courtyard. These beautifully finished apartments are located close to the Gannel Estuary and are a peaceful and relaxing retreat away from the lively centre of Newquay, whilst being just a 5 minute walk away from Newquay’s finest surfing beach, Fistral, or the more relaxed family friendly Crantock beach.Porth joke is a ground floor apartment (accessed via 9 steps) and benefits from complimentary luxury toiletries and welcome pack. If you are with us for a Birthday, or a special celebration such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, luxury hampers are available for all occasions - please contact the property manager after you have made your booking for more information.
There is an allocated parking space, external lighting and entry phone system.There are some excellent restaurants just down the road such as the Jamie Oliver inspired 'Fifteen' restaurant, Lewennick Lodge and Rick Stein’s trio of eateries in nearby Padstow.

A nice ground floor flat that has no views other than walls and the walkway round the development as it's set down into the ground slightly. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, although it's a longer walk to the beach than the review suggests but just a few minutes walk from the gunnel which provides some lovely walks (tide permitting). This property is also much further from Newquay than the brochure suggests - your in for a good 20 + minute walk to the town. Be aware that although this flat is ground floor, there are still steps to get into the property. The property could do with some TLC and new carpets (As at June 2011), and it would also be nice for a few useful items (no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, no salt or pepper - in fact just a couple of teabags and a couple of biscuits).
